COAs may be submitted for CEU consideration
(subject to individual licensing board requirements)
The Center’s programs are relevant to the practice of social workers, LCPC’s, psychologists, educators, and health care professionals. If you would like a Certificate of Attendance for a program that you have attended, please fill out the form below and a digital certificate will be sent to you in a timely manner. Each certificate is $5.
