(Program will be recorded and sent to registrants) For centuries we have been inspired by the stories of ordinary women who do extraordinary things. Some are drawn from Celtic legends while others have been passed down to us from family stories. All of them, however, made an impact on the way we view the world.
This workshop will explore the lives of three Welsh saints; St. Dwynwen, St. Mellangell, and St. Winefride, and how their incredible acts of courage changed the mythology of the Celts. We will take a virtual journey to Llanddwynn Island, Holywell, and Pennant Mellangell to explore how their stories left an imprint on the landscape and the human psyche.
