Shadow Work for Conscious Relationships with Connie Zweig

This interactive presentation on shadow work delves into the ways our unconscious mind influences our lives, often undermining our relationships through patterns like repetitive arguments, criticism, emotional distancing, projections, addictions, and challenges during life transitions. By exploring the origins of the shadow in childhood, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of why it forms and how it subconsciously shapes our behaviors and responses. Participants will learn how to detect the shadow when it emerges, and more importantly, how to consciously engage with it to break free from destructive patterns. Through the practice of shadow work, we’ll explore techniques for transforming unconscious reactions into more intentional, constructive outcomes. The workshop includes three detailed case studies, offering participants the opportunity for self-reflection and practical insights to create healthier, more conscious relationships with themselves and others.
