Join Jim Blalock and Kay Mann a fascinating behind-the-scenes film from which we begin to understand how The Wizard of Oz became the most endearing movie of all time. This is a delightful documentary detailing the twists and turns that created a cinematic opus. Angela Lansbury elegantly describes how the journey down the “yellow brick road”, from idea to completion, was replete with obstacles. From a Jungian perspective, we will witness the individuation process of a movie that, in the end, displays enduring levels of symbolic depth. Indeed, for the past 85 years, The Wizard of Oz has shown us how to re-imagine our lives shifting from black and white to color.
