This is a sensory-rich, highly experiential program, exploring and expanding the movement and contours of breath; remembering the air as it moves around and within us with the rise of our sternum...the glide of wing bones over ribs. How can the rich metaphor and symbology of birds inform soma and psyche as we open to this invisible force, this spirit of the wind? Remembering, perhaps, something ancient and primal...a life force... a deep embodied memory of when we've flown in our dreams.
